Ladies' Bible Study

Each fall Presbyterian Women of FPC sponsors the Thursday Ladies’ Bible Study. In keeping with the PW purpose of nourishing faith through the study of God’s Word, each course takes an in-depth look at a specific Biblical topic, with special attention to its application in the lives of today’s Christian women.

The Ladies’ Bible Study is usually a multi-week course, meeting for 1 ½ to 2 hours one afternoon per week. In recent years the courses have been video based, with a Bible study leader facilitating discussion after the video is shown. Each participant purchases the accompanying workbook and commits to completing each week the preparatory lessons on which the upcoming video session will be based. Dates, times, and registration information for the classes appear in the bulletin and newsletter at least one month prior to the first session.
