Summer Beach Trip 2026
9th- 12th graders are invited to join us for a weekend at Gulf Shores Retreat Center in Gulf Shores, AL! The dates are Friday, June 26th - Monday, June 29th. We will have a weekend full of worship, tournaments, fellowship, and fun! Ask your youth minister for more details! All money is due at registration. The is $375.
Refund Policy:
On or before April 1, 2026:
Participants who cancel their registration will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
After April 1, 2026:
No refunds will be issued, as funds will be committed to lodging, transportation, meals, and other retreat expenses.Extenuating Circumstances:
Refund requests due to serious illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the retreat organizers.Transfers:
If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another eligible student with prior approval, up to a specified date (optional—add if you want this flexibility).
By registering for the retreat, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Payment Instructions:
If paying with a check, please make the check to First Presbyterian Church and include the description, “Summer Beach Retreat” on the memo line. You can pay multiple registration fees with one payment.
If you want to pay online, follow these instructions after clicking the “Pay Online” button at the bottom of this page:
Under “Amount” enter $375.00 per student.
Under “Fund” Select “Designated Giving”.
